Mona Lisa von Merz is a gorgeous 12 month old smaller-sized German Shepherd. Mona Lisa is beautiful, like the woman in the famous Da Vinci painting, but she is anything but enigmatic and mysterious. From the moment she meets you, this gorgeous, leggy beauty just wants to show you how sweet and lovable she is. She is so happy to come out of her kennel for some fresh air and a nice long walk; she walks wonderfully on leash. Mona Lisa is so happy and giggly, her tail wags non-stop and she has a pretty big smile for her favorite humans. She is still very much puppy, mid-to-high energy, and can also be on the pushy side when meeting new dogs. She listens to corrections well and is quickly learning her manners and blossoming into a decorous young lady. She walks great next to other dogs and is fast learning her basic commands. In fact, Mona Lisa always sits on command, as well as while she is being corrected, since she so loves to receive praise from her humans. Being a happy, bubbly girl, she gets along well with all dogs except dominant females. She enters her playgroup confidently and is very much a social butterfly; she is never pushy towards the other dogs. She likes to show off how mannerly she is and also likes to run around to explore the yard on her own. Mona Lisa likes to check out what her other four-legged friends are doing, but eventually comes back to her handlers for attention and to give kisses. With her beauty and winning personality, this “lovely work of art” will not be at Westside for long, so hurry down to meet her.
